About the Role
Job Summary
Responsible for driving and implementing Human Resources Development initiatives. The role proactively initiates and organizes challenging activities, learning opportunities, and development programs to encourage employees to continuously develop their skills. The position works closely with management and department heads to identify development needs and design appropriate L&D solutions, while collaborating with the Regional L&D team to align and implement regional learning and development initiatives. The role also supports performance management, employee engagement, and other HRD projects to foster a continuous learning and development culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs based on organizational and employee needs
- Coordinate the annual training plan, training budget, and related HRD activities
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
- Develop and implement employee engagement and organizational development activities
- Analyze employee development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions
- Coordinate internal and external training providers and evaluate training effectiveness
- Work closely with managers and employees to provide HRD consultation and support
- Support other HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with strong experience in HRD, training, performance management, or organizational development
- Good understanding of HRD processes, employee development, and performance management
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
