About the role...

ALP, an innovative firm specializing in logistics property development, is seeking a Senior Human Resource Executive to oversee HR initiatives in our Bangkok office. This pivotal role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management & Employee Relations, and HR Projects & Organizational Development.

This role will lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent while collaborating closely with the Taiwanese HR team to refine and enhance local HR practices, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and compliance with local labor laws.

What you will do...

Talent Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet departmental staffing needs.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and secure top talents.
  • Manage the interviewing, evaluation, and selection process for prospective employees.

Talent Onboarding:

  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to create tailored training and induction programs for new employees.

Talent Management:

  • Partner with department management to assess and develop talents, ensuring robust succession planning.
  • Design and implement comprehensive employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.

Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve employee issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement employee communication and engagement strategies to enhance overall satisfaction.

Performance Management:

  • Support departments in conducting thorough performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring performance improvement plans to foster employee growth and productivity.

Policies and Procedures:

  • Work closely with the Taiwanese HR team to implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the Thailand market.
  • Provide expert advice and feedback on HR policies and legal requirements to Taiwanese HR team to ensure regulatory compliance.

Additional HR Functions:

  • Manage various HR initiatives and projects to support organizational goals.
  • Support departments in organizational development and culture-building activities.

Must have...

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant qualification, Human Resources/Business Administration/Psychology profession is preferred
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
  3. Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including talent management, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  5. Proven problem-solving skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to handle complex HR issues independently
  6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  7. Fluent in English and Thai
