About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Partner to support our operations in Thailand. The HR Partner will play a key role in driving the company's mission by partnering with leaders and employees across the business to ensure a world-class employee experience. This role is both hands-on and strategic, providing expertise in employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and ad hoc HR projects.

Key job functions and success-relevant tasks
- Serve as a credible and trusted advisor for your clients, your team, and the organization, influencing positive organizational change.
- Deliver strategic and tactical HR programs to employees and managers, including performance management, organizational design, learning and development, compensation programs, and employee relations.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Immigration, Compensation and Benefits, Talent, Employee Relations, Recruiting) to implement HR initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and collaborate with management to develop innovative, sustainable solutions.
- Work with leaders to design effective organizational structures that promote organizational health.
- Consult and coach all levels of management to build high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
- Build trust with employees, addressing concerns with empathy and follow-through.
- Advise on talent reviews and the annual merit planning cycle.
Qualifications and Specifications
- 6+ years of HR experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, and HR project management or program implementation.
- Proven ability to coach employees and management through complex and sensitive situations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, with hands-on application experience.
- Experience in organizational development and change management is a plus.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence teams and partners effectively across all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
