Job Overview/Objective:Revomed, (https://www.revomed.co.th/) manufacturing company a subsidiary of BioActive Plus Group, is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function within a manufacturing environment. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, workforce stability, and full compliance, while partnering closely with business leaders to support sustainable growth and performance. Driving people excellence to power manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Compliance:Lead end-to-end HR operations across corporate and manufacturing workforceEnsure full compliance with labour laws, industrial regulations, and statutory requirementsOversee payroll, employee administration, and HR governance processesManage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution in alignment with legal and company standardsAct as the key liaison with government authorities and ensure audit readinessWorkforce Planning & Recruitment:Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to support production and business expansionOversee end-to-end recruitment for both mass hiring (operators) and specialized rolesPartner with plant management to address manpower challenges, shift planning, and productivity needsImplement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth workforce integrationIndustrial Relations & Employee Engagement:Maintain a positive industrial relations climate and proactively manage labour issuesLead employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and productivityHandle union-related matters (if applicable) and support conflict resolutionDrive communication strategies between management and workforceProductivity & Factory HR MetricsPartner with Production to improve workforce productivity and efficiencySupport line leaders in manpower utilization and performance trackingDrive initiatives to reduce inefficiencies and manpower wastePerformance & Talent ManagementImplement and drive Performance Management Systems (PMS) across factory and corporate teamsSupport leadership in performance reviews, workforce productivity, and capability developmentDevelop talent pipelines, succession planning, and leadership development programsLeadership & Business PartneringAct as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and plant managementLead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure high-quality HR service deliveryAlign HR strategies with business goals, focusing on operational efficiency and workforce effectiveness.
Qualification Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing or industrial environmentsProven experience in HR operations, industrial relations, and labour law complianceStrong expertise in industrial relations, labour law, and mass workforce managementExperience in building HR structures, policies, and performance management systems & HR metrics (OT, absenteeism, productivity, labour cost)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsHands-on, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
