Job Purpose
The Senior HR Officer plays a key role in supporting and coordinating end-to-end HR operations across multiple branches. This position oversees HR Officers, ensures HR processes are implemented correctly, and works closely with branch owners to resolve people-related matters. The role is ideal for someone who has hands-on HR experience and is ready to grow into a future HR leadership role.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Team Support
- Supervise and support HR Officers (3 persons) covering recruitment, visa & work permit, and training/probation processes
- Provide backup support to the HR team when team members are on leave or unavailable
- Ensure HR processes are implemented consistently across all branches
2. Recruitment & Manpower Support
- Oversee recruitment activities for both Thai and international staff
- Support recruitment planning, screening, interviews, and offer processes
- Coordinate with branch owners regarding manpower needs and hiring decisions
3. Onboarding, Training & Probation Management
- Oversee onboarding processes for new employees (HQ & branches)
- Monitor probation periods (30 / 60 / 90 days) and ensure evaluations are completed on time
- Coordinate training programs and staff development activities
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities
4. Visa, Work Permit & Compliance
- Oversee visa and work permit processes in coordination with the assigned HR Officer
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor law, company policies, and internal regulations
- Act as an advisor to branch owners on employee-related legal and HR matters
5. Payroll & HR Administration
- Handle payroll processing for employees across multiple legal entities
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timely submission, and proper documentation
- Coordinate with accounting and external parties as required
6. Branch Coordination & Employee Relations
- Act as the main HR contact for branch owners to resolve people-related issues
- Handle employee relations cases professionally and confidentially
- Support conflict resolution and provide practical HR solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to multiple HR functions
- Experience supervising or coordinating with HR team members is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll, visa & work permit processes
- Experience working with multiple branches or franchise businesses is a plus
