Responsibilities:

  • Daily Employee Onboarding & Transfer Management: Handle the full-process procedures of employee onboarding, probation confirmation, transfer, and resignation to ensure compliance and efficiency. Update employee personnel files and maintain the accuracy of HR system data to ensure smooth connection of employee labor relations.
  • HR Vendor Management: Collaborate with various HR vendors, establish and maintain good cooperative relationships. Regularly evaluate vendor service quality and cost-effectiveness, optimize cooperation plans, control service costs, and ensure vendor services meet the company's HR needs.
  • Work Visa & Business Visa Management: Be responsible for the application, extension, modification, and cancellation of employees work visas and business visas, familiar with visa processing procedures and required materials. Track the progress of visa applications, promptly solve problems arising during the process, and ensure employees work and travel legally and compliantly.
  • HR Project Promotion: Assist in sorting out project requirements, coordinate with relevant departments, follow up project progress, ensure projects are completed as planned, and improve the overall service efficiency of SSC.
  • Other SSC-related Work: Complete other daily work within the SSC module, assist in handling employee HR-related inquiries, cooperate with other HR modules (recruitment, compensation, performance) to carry out work, and ensure the overall smooth progress of human resources work.

Job Requirements

  • Work Experience: More than 5 years of HR SSC work experience in formal enterprises, familiar with the core business processes of the SSC module, with mature experience in handling HR affairs and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. English can be used as a working language, capable of independently handling English email communication, contract interpretation, and cross-departmental English communication.
  • Professional Knowledge: Basic understanding of local labor laws and regulations, social security and housing fund policies, ensuring HR work is carried out in compliance with regulations. Familiar with HR information system operation, with good data analysis and file management capabilities.
  • Comprehensive Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, execution, and communication and coordination skills; rigorous and detail-oriented, able to efficiently handle multi-tasking scenarios. Good service awareness, proficient in listening to and solving employee needs, and adaptable to team collaboration.
