About this job

The Senior Human Resources Specialist is responsible for leading day-to-day HR operations, with strong ownership of talent acquisition, recruitment pipeline management, onboarding, employee coordination, HR documentation, and performance management support. This role acts as the key operational partner to the Human Resources Director, ensuring that HR activities are executed accurately, professionally, and within agreed timelines. The position is suitable for someone who can combine hands-on HR execution with team coordination, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. The purpose of this role is not only to fill vacancies, but to strengthen HR operations so the company can scale with better structure, clearer accountability, and stronger people processes.

In This Role, You'll Get To

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer coordination, and recruitment pipeline management.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, selection criteria, and hiring priorities to ensure quality and timely hiring.

• Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards covering recruitment status, onboarding, probation, employee movement, and key HR activities by using AI tools.

• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation review, employee movement, offboarding, and related HR documentation.

• Support performance management activities including KPI/OKR follow-up, review coordination, documentation tracking, and performance summary preparation.

• Act as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries from employees and managers, while escalating sensitive or complex cases to the HR Director.

• Drive employee relations, engagement activities, internal communication, and people-related initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documents, forms, templates, and administrative files in compliance with company standards.

• Improve HR workflows, checklists, templates, reports, and working processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.

• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and HR team members to ensure smooth and timely execution of HR operations.

• Provide guidance and task coordination to junior HR team members or HR support staff when assigned.

• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by Head of Human Resources.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Generalist functions.

• Experience in recruitment management and working with hiring managers is required.

• Experience in digital agency, creative business, e-commerce, consulting, or fast-growing business environment is an advantage.

• Have a good team spirit and sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, strong enterprising spirit, and self-driving force.

• Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle, onboarding, probation, and performance support.

• Strong communication skills in Thai and English. (Chinese language is an advantage)

• Good command of Microsoft 365, HR tracking tools or recruitment tracking systems is an
