What You'll Be Doing:
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation review, confirmation, and offboarding).
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation are compliant with local labor laws and company standards.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and workplace matters.
- Support the resolution of employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers when necessary.
- Foster a positive working environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
- Support and coordinate the performance review process such as OKR.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and employee development discussions
Compensation & Benefits
- Maintain a good understanding of company compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, leave policies, and other company welfare programs.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR documentation, internal audits, and HR reporting when required.
HR Projects & Organizational Support
- Participate in HR initiatives such as HR system improvements, policy updates, and internal HR programs.
- Support HR-related projects that contribute to organizational efficiency and employee experience such as engagement.
Who We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
Skills
- Knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lark
Language
- Conversational English is essential
