About The Role
We are seeking someone to support retail ERP and supply chain systems after go-live. You will work with business teams, IT, and vendors to solve issues, keep systems stable, and support daily operations.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP and supply chain systems in production
- Help during Hypercare and post go-live support
- Solve issues quickly and help prevent them from happening again
- Work with business users, IT teams, and vendors
- Support areas such as inventory, replenishment, warehouse, and planning
- Check integrations, data flows, and CSV files
- Track and escalate important issues
- Help with testing, training, and process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in retail, supply chain, ERP support, or Hypercare
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL and Linux scripting
- Experience with CSV integrations
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- GOLD ERP experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
