What You'll Be Leading
Strategic Indirect Procurement
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories, including MRO, CAPEX, facilities, logistics, utilities, and professional services.
- Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance reviews.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring quality, service, and supply continuity.
- Build strong partnerships with key suppliers and identify opportunities for long-term value creation.
Warehouse Operations Excellence
- Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time support to manufacturing.
- Optimize warehouse layout, inventory control, and storage utilization to improve operational performance.
- Drive improvements in warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels through data-driven initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Leadership & Business Partnership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement and warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support production and business objectives.
- Influence key business decisions through strong stakeholder engagement and commercial insights.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in Indirect Procurement and Warehouse Management, ideally within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Proven success in supplier management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence initiatives.
- Good command of Thai and English.
