Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure & System Support
- Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, computers, printers, and related equipment.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and health checks to ensure service availability and stability.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
- Assist in backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
2. End-User Support
- Provide first and second-level technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Resolve incidents and service requests within established service levels.
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Conduct user training and provide technical guidance when necessary.
3. Network & Security Administration
- Support the maintenance of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor system performance and network availability.
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity policies and endpoint protection measures.
- Support antivirus management, system patching, and security updates.
- Identify and escalate potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
4. Vendor & Asset Management
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
- Assist with procurement and deployment of IT equipment and services.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Support IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides.
- Recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and service reliability.
- Participate in IT initiatives that strengthen execution capability and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, System Administration, or related roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic server administration.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
