Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to manage and support IT infrastructure and systems across multiple business units. This role is responsible for ensuring stable system operations, managing IT assets, and driving technology improvements to enhance overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
- Ensure stable operation of networks, servers, and online systems across all locations.
- Manage user accounts, access control, and IT security protocols.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all departments.
- Implement and support process automation and new technology solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT services, system upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 58 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and cloud-based systems.
- Experience in IT support across multiple users or locations.
- Familiarity with access control, cybersecurity, and system monitoring.
- Ability to manage vendors and handle multiple IT projects.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Experience in retail or multi-branch operations.
- Exposure to POS systems, ERP, or automation tools.
- Experience supporting system scalability during business expansion.
