As a Senior IT Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting enterprise IT operations, improving workflows, and delivering seamless technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical troubleshooting across devices and systems
- Manage IT assets, vendor coordination, and shared devices such as video conferencing systems and printers
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with regional leaders, system engineers, and network teams on IT projects and initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing within the team
- Provide IT support for internal and external events to ensure smooth technical operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience, preferably in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting VIPs or senior executives is preferred
- Familiar with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Freshdesk
- Experience supporting remote/hybrid work environments (VPN, Zoom, Teams, remote access tools)
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android administration
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, and Cisco devices (switches, firewalls, IP phones)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Cisco are an advantage
