Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, security, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, UPS, telephony, printers, and related equipment.
- Ensure system and data security, including backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and high performance.
- Prepare documentation and regular IT reports in compliance with SEC regulations and IT security standards.
- Provide technical support and consultation to internal users and teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in System Engineering / IT Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and IT security.
- Understanding of IT compliance and security standards.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified) are a plus.
