As we continue growing across Southeast Asia, we're looking for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor (*adjust as required) to join our Bangkok office.

What You'll Do:

Lead design projects from concept through to execution, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Develop creative, functional, and attractive design solutions aligned with project objectives.

Create stunning presentation materials to communicate ideas effectively.

Oversee design implementation and ensure seamless integration into project documentation.

Mentor junior designers, fostering growth and collaboration within the team.

Monitor project progression, ensuring the original design intent is upheld on-site.

Collaborate with leadership to manage team schedules and project deliverables.

Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive project success and company growth.

Carry out other ad-hoc duties from time to time.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

A minimum of 8-10 years experience in corporate office designs.

Strong knowledge of design detailing and construction processes.

Proven skills in conceptual design and space planning.

Exceptional communication and project management skills.

Ability to manage projects autonomously and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Photoshop is essential.
