What Youll Do
- Lead and manage all project stages, including briefing, concept design, schematic design, design development, design documentation, and contract administration.
- Oversee all phases of design projects, from new builds to refurbishments, ensuring exceptional results.
- Develop designs and feasibility studies for commercial, hospitality, leisure, and residential projects.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Serves as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and sub-consultants, handling all correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrates expertise in design creativity, space planning, materiality, FF&E, software tools, resource programming, and post-contract processes.
- Handle budget management, procurement processes, and resource planning effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with senior colleagues and the wider design team.
- Report on project deliverables to Design Heads and manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support business development by preparing creative presentations and attending client meetings to secure new projects.
Who You Are
- Hold a bachelors degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent.
- A driven designer with a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Passionate about delivering innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Experienced in designing interior spaces for various project types, including hospitality, high-end residential, and F&B.
- A natural leader and team player eager to grow with a forward-thinking, fast-paced company.
- Proficient in relevant software tools, with strong presentation skills and a proactive attitude.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams.
