This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Inventory Audit Program Manager (Remote). This role plays a critical part in overseeing the operational audit activities for approximately 695 sites, with responsibilities covering the entire audit lifecycle. You will work closely with various teams to enhance internal controls, ensure compliance with SOX regulations, and foster operational discipline across the supply chain. Your contributions will directly impact governance practices and audit preparedness, ultimately driving improvements in audit performance and risk management. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying issues and collaborating with leadership for effective resolution.

Accountabilities

  • Lead annual and quarterly internal audit planning for 695 sites, including scope definition and scheduling
  • Manage execution of internal audits ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and various departments
  • Communicate audit expectations and deliverables to leaders
  • Develop and standardize audit tools and training materials
  • Track audit findings and remediation progress
  • Produce executive-ready reporting on audit performance and trends
  • Support SOX readiness and external audit coordination
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 57 years in supply chain, operations, audit, or compliance
  • Experience with internal audit programs or SOX controls preferred
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and audit methodologies
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data visualization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple audits and priorities in a fast-paced environment
