A well-established market-leading organisation in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Senior IT Delivery & Transformation Manager to lead a critical technology function responsible for enterprise project delivery and digital transformation.
This is a strategic leadership position where you'll oversee multiple delivery teams, drive large-scale business transformation programmes, and play a key role in modernising enterprise technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a department responsible for enterprise IT project delivery and transformation initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of complex technology programmes from planning through implementation.
- Build and strengthen project governance, delivery frameworks, and best practices.
- Partner with senior business leaders to define technology roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead multiple managers and develop high-performing project delivery teams.
- Drive enterprise-wide system integration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Champion AI, automation, and data-driven innovation across the organisation.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
We're looking for someone with:
- 10+ years experience in IT Project Management, PMO, or Technology Delivery.
- 3–5+ years leading managers or large project teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PM governance.
- Experience within leasing, banking, financial services or insurance is highly desirable.
- Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Fluent Thai and English.
