Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT program lead to act as the lead for regional rollout and IT project delivery of global multi-system large-scale implementation projects in a multinational consumer goods company.

As a senior role, you will take overall responsibility for project implementation and management, oversee project time, quality, and progress, coordinate the promotion and landing of global standard solutions across regional markets, facilitate communication between the project team and various business departments, and drive change management before and after the system go-live to ensure smooth project delivery and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take overall ownership of regional rollout and delivery of global multi-system IT implementation projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, supply chain management, digital commerce systems), develop comprehensive project plans, and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Oversee project time, quality, cost, and progress management, set clear milestones, track project performance, identify potential risks and issues proactively, and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans to ensure projects meet global standards and regional business objectives.
  • Coordinate the alignment of global standard IT solutions with regional market characteristics, work with global IT teams to adapt solutions to local needs, and drive the successful promotion and landing of solutions in each regional market.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the project team, regional business departments (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, operations), and global stakeholders, aligning all parties on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead change management initiatives before and after system go-live, including developing change management plans, conducting stakeholder training, addressing resistance to change, and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems by end-users.
  • Drive cross-departmental task execution, push relevant departments to fulfill their responsibilities on time, resolve conflicts and obstacles in project execution, and ensure the successful implementation of project plans.
  • Report project status, progress, risks, and achievements to global IT leadership and regional management regularly, provide data-driven insights and recommendations for project optimization.
  • Mentor junior project team members (including the IT Analyst) and optimize project management processes to improve overall delivery efficiency and quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields; PMP, PRINCE2, or other senior project management certifications are highly preferred
  • At least 7 years of IT project management experience in the consumer goods industry, with a proven track record of leading more than 3 global multi-system large-scale implementation projects (end-to-end delivery experience is required).
  • Rich experience in regional rollout of global IT solutions, deep understanding of consumer goods industry business processes (product lifecycle, sales channels, supply chain operations) and IT system architecture.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, able to take initiative to solve complex problems and ensure project success in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and leadership skills, able to effectively mobilize resources, drive cross-departmental collaboration, and push task execution and plan landing.
  • Proven experience in change management for IT system implementation, able to develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for global communication; proficient in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) and office software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced, multinational work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a top multinational consumer goods company, familiar with global IT governance and project delivery standards.
  • Experience in leading cross-cultural, cross-regional project teams.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and digital transformation projects in the consumer goods industry.
