Job Description

Responsibilities:

Research and adopt new technologies to enhance organizational performance and competitiveness
Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
Overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, operating systems, and other system software
Ensuring the security of IT systems and data through the implementation of security policies, procedures, backup systems and technologies
Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
Managing and contributing to IT projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Maintain licenses and upgrades schedules
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Working closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of IT services

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in IT, Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Management Information System or related fields.
3-7 years experience in IT project management, IT Software delivery or IT consulting
Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, server administration, security, and cloud technologies
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business requirements
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and cybersecurity
Solid experience in project management and the ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
