Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Support & Helpdesk

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software-related issues for end users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, notebooks, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and internal business systems.
  • Manage user accounts, including user creation, modification, deletion, and password resets.
  • Develop user guides and provide training and technical assistance to employees.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance services and issue resolution.

2. Server & System Administration

  • Administer and maintain enterprise servers, including both physical and virtual server environments.
  • Manage Active Directory (AD), file sharing services, print servers, and backup systems.
  • Monitor server performance, availability, and system health, and resolve operational issues.
  • Manage user permissions and access rights in accordance with company policies.
  • Oversee backup operations and perform regular data recovery (restore) testing.
  • Maintain system configuration documentation and IT asset inventories.

3. Network Infrastructure

  • Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Internet, Wi-Fi, and network devices.
  • Configure and monitor switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support connectivity between branch offices and internal corporate systems.
  • Monitor and improve network performance, reliability, and stability.

4. IT Security

  • Administer and maintain security solutions, including firewalls, antivirus software, EDR, and access control systems.
  • Monitor and investigate cybersecurity incidents and security events.
  • Implement and comply with the organization's IT security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Manage system patching and security updates to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Support IT audits and cybersecurity compliance assessments.

5. Data Center & Facility Management

  • Monitor and maintain equipment and environmental conditions within the Data Center.
  • Oversee critical facility systems, including power supply, air conditioning, UPS, and emergency power systems.
  • Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and related security equipment.
  • Ensure the availability and operational readiness of the organization's IT infrastructure and facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure administration, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networks.
  • Experience managing servers, storage, virtualization, backup solutions, and network infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Huawei Cloud.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills across server, network, cloud, and security environments.
  • Good understanding of IT Security concepts, including Firewall, Antivirus, EDR, Access Control, and Patch Management.
  • Experience in Backup, Disaster Recovery, technical documentation, and IT asset management.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, IT Governance, or Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) is a plus.
  • Minimum TOEIC score of 550 required.
