Job:
Supporting operations and maintenance for e-HR (Enterprise Human Resource) system.
Role:
. Ensure smooth operation of existing systems under the e-HR project and successful implementation of any upgraded software and hardware components.
. Liaise and work with the appointed teams, contractors, service providers, third parties and appointed personnel in the course of delivering the project activities.
. Monitor and ensure system adhere to applicable standards, policies and directives.
. Perform IT system compliance activities such as performing Log Reviews, Account and Access Rights Review and Compliance reports reviews.
. Support and work with the company in managing the company's system audits.
. Manage and maintain all development, configuration and documentation in accordance to the company's quality standards.
. Manage Vulnerability Assessment (VA) activities, and work with the company's appointed contractor to rectify all issues identified.
. Provide project status reporting on a regular basis.
. Manage remediation for obsolete system components.
. Manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete system components.
. Assist the team for any experimentations, researching, testing and evaluation.
Incident Management
. Manage system support issues to resolve all defects that are reported.
. Respond to incidents and problem reports in accordance to company's stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
. Lead investigation and liaise with required stakeholders on resolution of problem.
. Provide timely updates to user management and company on incidents/problem investigation.
. Provide regular consolidated incident summary (including those which are cross-systems, infra incident or due to AFE) to user.
. Perform defect trend analysis to address recurring incident.
. Managing the resources in ensuring the expedient and proper closure of incidents and service requests.

Change Request Management
. Propose continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance, cybersecurity posture, and improve work processes
. Conduct requirement gathering with the end users oversees and manage the implementation of the changes required and ensuring satisfactory and timely delivery to the users.
. Plan and manage implementation such as Change Request to enable the smooth deployment of the solution. This includes planning, providing support to set-up, identifying and facilitating data collection, highlighting project issues, as well as escalating and facilitating closure of issues with users.
. Manage and work with the existing system integrators of IT systems, in integrating all components of the solution to deliver the solution.
. Manage all necessary acceptance tests performed by delivery team and verify that the solution meets the specifications and requirements.
. Provide change management services to ensure the stakeholders and user communities are well informed of the project matters.
. Seek approval and clearance for the execution of the Change Management which includes all materials and information to be used for the execution.
Contract Management
. Manage contract milestones (within the contract scope) while company manage the contract and overall budget approved from the AOR.
. Liaise and coordinate with exiting/incoming contractors for efficient and expedient handover/takeover.
. Plan for O&S-related purchases, seek support and approval from the company's System Manager and Ops Manager respectively.
Requirements:
. Experience in IT audit is advantageous.
. Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT policies is advantageous.
. Knowledge of SAP HCM ERP is advantageous.
. Senior Engineer-level: At least 3 years of related working experience in information technology.
. This role will need to secure a clearance, due to the sensitivity of the project.
