Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant (3 to 5 years of agency experience) to step into the executive search arena, specializing in mid to senior-level tech placements.

What Sets This Role Apart

• Mid-to-Senior level mandates: You will focus exclusively on high-value placements, managing mandates for critical leadership and specialized technical roles (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Directors, and Tech Leads).

• Strategic Client Partnerships: Move beyond the HR portal. You will act as a trusted advisor, consulting directly with C-suite stakeholders and tech founders on market mapping, regional talent trends, and the local COMPASS framework.

• High-Value Mandate Mix: Leverage the premium reputation of People Search to secure exclusive and retained assignments, shifting your focus toward quality execution and high-fee placements.

• We measure success by revenue and client retention, completely removing rigid, rookie-level KPIs like daily call quotas.

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of tech recruitment experience

• A proven track record of consistent billings and the maturity to navigate senior candidate and client networks.

• Solid grasp of local tech stacks, market trends, and MOM/Employment regulations.

• A results-driven professional who values high accountability, quality execution, and long-term relationships.
