Senior Sales Manager (Technology Solutions)

Job Summary:

Our international IT service provider client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in technology solutions sales and a solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and leading complex solution sales across the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for technology solutions and services
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand client business needs and translate them into tailored technology solutions, especially in financial and insurance business.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the software development lifecycle and effectively communicate it to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value propositions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in technology or IT solutions sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps practices).
  • Experience selling software development services, digital solutions, or enterprise IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with high accountability
