About the Role: A.R.E.E. Workforce Tech is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Support & Network Engineer to join our IT Managed Service team. In this role, you will be stationed at our client's manufacturing site in Amata City, Chonburi. You will act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, combining hands-on network infrastructure management with excellent end-user support.
This role is ideal for a tech professional who enjoys working independently, solving complex network issues, and delivering high-quality service based on SLA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support for end-user devices, including PCs, Laptops, Mobile phones, Printers, and related peripherals.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, Access Points, and basic Firewall configuration).
- Administer Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and handle user account management.
- Resolve IT support requests and service tickets to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption, strictly adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Prepare and set up IT equipment for new employees (Onboarding/Offboarding).
- Coordinate effectively with international teams (Japanese management), internal stakeholders, and external vendors/ISPs for technical issues.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, inventory, and prepare monthly incident reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Network Administrator roles (Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is highly advantageous).
- Strong hands-on experience with Network configuration and troubleshooting (Cisco, Fortinet, or similar equipment).
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- English Proficiency: Intermediate level (Able to read, write, and communicate effectively with international management and vendors).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a service-minded attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the site's IT operations.
Preferred Skills (Nice to have):
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent networking certifications.
- Experience working under IT Managed Service or SLA-driven environments.
- Knowledge of IT Security best practices or ISO/ISMS compliance.
