Location: Bangkok

Required background: Education degree in chemistry/ chemical field + understanding of raw materials + experienced in home care fragrance

Travelling: Open to travel abroad for relevant training

*Car allowance provided for domestic sales activities

Are you a commercially driven fragrance professional who knows how to grow key accounts, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and win profitable business

We are a leading global fragrance house seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth across multinational, regional, and local customers in Thailand.

What You'll Own

  • Lead and grow strategic fragrance accounts across marketing, R&D, purchasing, and leadership teams
  • Develop and execute account strategies that deliver profitable growth and long-term partnerships
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into key accounts
  • Drive pricing strategy, margin management, and successful commercial negotiations
  • Align with regional and global teams on multinational account direction
  • Partner internally with creation, marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure seamless project execution
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, pipeline tracking, and monthly sales reporting
  • Deliver against revenue and gross profit targets
  • Gather and translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies
  • Ensure outstanding customer experience from brief to commercialization

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/ Chemical
  • 57+ years of B2B sales or key account management experience in fragrance within home care, personal care, fabric care categories
  • Good in working with multinational stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of fragrance development, applications, and market trends (personal care, home care, fabric care)
  • Commercial acumen: pricing strategy, margin management, forecasting
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (approx. equivalent to C1)
  • Highly organized, analytical, and self-driven
  • Communicate proactively to the customers
