Job Description

  • specialized in Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok both execution and strategy
  • Own and manage relationships with key and strategic merchants, acting as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue, improve seller performance, and increase platform adoption
  • Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales, traffic, and conversion
  • Advise merchants on platform tools, promotional campaigns, marketing solutions, and market trends to maximize business outcomes
  • Lead planning and execution of major campaigns, joint business plans, and seasonal initiatives with key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Category Management, Marketing, Operations, Search, and Product to ensure optimal visibility and execution for merchants
  • Monitor account health, resolve escalations, and proactively address operational or performance issues
  • Forecast revenue and account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular business reviews and management reports
  • Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices with internal stakeholders to support overall platform growth
  • Mentor and support junior Key Account Managers, contributing to team capability development where applicable

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce, Business Development, or Sales, preferably within an online marketplace or digital platform
  • Proven track record of managing large or strategic accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, online marketing, and performance-driven commercial models
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Thai
