Senior Key Account Manager – International Market (i-Tail)

Location: Bangkok (On-site)

Experience: 10+ years in international sales / key account management (food industry / FMCG/ OEM)

Role Summary

Lead strategic key account management and international business growth for i-Tail. Drive commercial performance, develop long-term global partnerships, and ensure profitable expansion across key international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow volume, margin, and market share.
  • Lead high-level commercial negotiations and long-term contract discussions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and category expansion.

Customer & Market Management

  • Maintain senior-level relationships with global customers; serve as main escalation point.
  • Drive NPD initiatives in collaboration with R&D, QA, supply chain, and operations.
  • Provide market insights, cost trend analysis, and pricing strategies.

P&L Ownership

  • Manage full commercial performance for assigned accounts, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure pricing discipline, margin improvement, and sustainable profitability.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee delivery performance, service quality, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.

Team Leadership

  • Guide and develop a small team of sales/key account executives.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, International Business, Food Science, or related fields; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of international sales or key account management experience in the food manufacturing/FMCG/ OEM industry.
  • Strong negotiation, commercial strategy, and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Able to travel internationally; proactive, analytical, and results-driven.
