All about the role:
Take lead for R&D Laboratory Technician for Test products (refrigerator) applying Electrolux Internal test standard, international standards, IEC/ISO & other performance standards and generating including verify test reports and communicate the issues.
Life testing components and complete products. Understand and apply each country test standard including Electrolux standard to components and complete products
What you'll do:
- Conduct performance testing of component and finished goods
- Prepare/instrument products for testing
- Create test results reports
- Maintain laboratory tools and equipment in the proper way
- Carry out the responsibilities as outlined in the OH&S Responsibilities Manual and take the action required to maintain a safe workplace.
- Ensure that all testing are completed as per project time plan
- Able to identify the root cause when face with the critical problems during the test
- Deliver the test result/report on time.
Who you are:
- Bachelor in Engineering and/or extensive practical experience Positive Thinking
- Minimum 5 years experience in home appliance product testing or laboratory testing
- Experience in home appliance company, Refrigerator is preferred
- Experience in product/home appliance testing, Refrigerator is preferred
- Experience in laboratory management system
- Knowledge in laboratory equipment / data acquisition system
- Knowledge in refrigeration system / cooling system
- Knowledge of factory products testing & processes
- Team management skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving skill
- Basic English literacy
- Skill in Computer literacy, MS Office programs, typing English and Thai
- Able to travel local and oversea
Where you'll be:
You will be based at Rayong Plant, Thailand. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling.
