What we look for:
MuvMi is an on-demand ridesharing service, conveniently moving people around neighborhoods and connecting people to mass transit with
a safe, affordable, and environmentally friendly solution. We are preparing for further expansion and looking for leaders and champions to help us grow in our home (Bangkok), and beyond!
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall quality and stability of the product ecosystem, ensuring both infrastructure and applications meet the What Users Love standard.
- Architect AI-driven quality systems to automate the generation and execution of test cases, removing manual bottlenecks from the development lifecycle.
- Drive Quality at Speed by collaborating with the software product development team (e.g., POs, Software engineers) to build self-service testing frameworks that provide instant feedback to engineers, enabling rapid and safe deployments.
- Enable Squad Autonomy by coaching software engineers to own their code quality, and mentoring/coaching more junior QA members, ensuring the QA role acts as a multiplier rather than a gatekeeper.
- Identify and mitigate systemic risks across the Enablement and Experience domains, focusing on long-term product health over short-term fixes.
- Pragmatic Prioritization: Align quality efforts with the product roadmap, knowing when to stand ground on critical risks and when to prioritize speed.
- Coordinate with Lead Developers to fix structural issues and optimize the CI/CD pipeline for maximum reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in agile environments, with a transition from execution to quality orchestration.
- Proven track record of utilizing AI/LLMs to automate testing tasks and eliminate human-dependent bottlenecks.
- Entrepreneurial Builder mindset: Passionate about creating robust systems from nothing and evolving them as the product scales.
- Strong technical intuition: Ability to understand complex architectures and identify where automation provides the highest ROI.
- Strategic Influencer: Capable of driving a quality-first culture across senior-heavy teams without slowing down velocity.
- Tool-Agnostic & Adaptable: Focused on outcomes and user perception rather than specific frameworks or legacy processes.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
Who We Are
We are a transportation tech company with extensive experience in both software and hardware. Currently, our flagship products, MuvMi and TukTuk Hop, since the 2018 launch, have served over 20 million trips with 800+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand. We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in Southeast Asia. We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.
We are a small (90+ people) and agile team. We make things happen and are looking for similar entrepreneurial spirits to join our team.
