About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Solution Architect to drive end-to-end solution design for large-scale digital and mobile platforms. You will work closely with Scrum teams, Front-end, Back-end, QA, and Product Owners to translate product ideas into scalable, secure, and high-quality technical solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong architecture skills, product understanding, and practical delivery mindset, and enjoys working in a multi-squad, enterprise / fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own end-to-end solution architecture for:
-Mobile applications
-Backend microservices (Java Spring Boot)
-Core banking / enterprise systems
-Third-party integrations (KYC, payment, notification, etc.)
- Work closely with Scrum teams, FE, BE, QA, and PO from discovery through delivery
- Translate product goals and user journeys into clear technical designs
- Define API contracts, system interactions, and integration flows
- Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to multiple squads
- Identify technical risks early and propose practical mitigation strategies
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
- Document architecture decisions and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Qualifications:
Experience
- 8+ years experience as a Solution Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect
- Strong background in digital platforms, mobile applications, or fintech systems
- Experience working with multiple agile / Scrum teams
Technical Skills
- Backend architecture: Java Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture
- System integration with core systems, legacy platforms, and external services
- Solid knowledge of:
-Scalability & performance
-Security & data protection
-System reliability and availability
- Cloud architecture knowledge (AWS / GCP / Azure design level)
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Strong product understanding and ability to align technology with business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to explain complex systems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and comfortable making trade-off decisions
