Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and managing the Digital Retail & Distribution Platform to enhance user experience and business effectiveness, working closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and manage the platform life cycle, while leading product and project development including system configuration and rollout across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

(The position is equivalent to Assistant Vice President (AVP) level)

  • Explore new AI technologies to improve platform using internal/ external i.e. Sales tools, internal systems, Kiosk, Queue, VDO Call, eDMS and etc.
  • Evaluate and assess users, business needs and goals.
  • Develop storyboards, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, user flows and use cases to deliver leading user interfaces.
  • Gather user requirements and develop business requirements for sales enabling tools and supporting systems.
  • Coordinate with IT for requirement assessment, development and testing.
  • Manage platform life-cycle to sustain the effectiveness and adoption of platform.
  • Lead product/ AI project development and configuration products and roll out to channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital & AI Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in AI platforms, digital platforms, or AI‑enabled solutions, with hands‑on experience in requirement gathering, working with IT teams, and supporting system development and rollout.
  • Strong understanding of AI‑driven digital platforms, user experience design, and system development processes, with the ability to apply AI‑based automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and digital retail solutions such as kiosks, queue management systems, VDO call solutions, DMS, or related supporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and requirement analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders including business, IT, and external partners.
  • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in English with confidence communicating in professional and multi‑national environments.
  • Project Management or Product‑related certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, Agile) and relevant IT, AI, or Digital Technology certifications are an advantage.
