Job Description

True Digital Academy is seeking an organized and proactive to lead and manage a team in delivering impactful learning solutions tailored to our clients&apos needs, as well as the delivery of selected strategic projects at True Digital Academy. The ideal candidate excels in project management, team management and coaching team members to ensure optimal productivity and professional growth. Additionally, the candidate will thrive in cultivating long-term client relationships, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality program execution. A strong background in strategic project management, stakeholder management, and team leadership is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

  • Manage selected high-stakes learning program delivery:
  • Gather and analyze clients&apos learning needs to ensure program solutions are customized to align with their goals and expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure successful delivery of learning programs within scope, budget, and deadlines.
  • Lead the project roll-out from planning to closure successfully & develop project key success measurements with results tracking to ensure objectives and client expectation are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as business development, learning design, operations and subject matter experts as well as external stakeholder, to ensure alignment and seamless program execution.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external parties to enable the delivery of selected strategic projects & initiatives at True Digital Academy

2. Team Management:

  • Oversee team performance by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to ensure high standards of work and productivity,
  • Manage team workload by effectively prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a balanced distribution of work.
  • Guide and coach team members by providing support, fostering skill development, and promoting a collaborative work environment to drive individual and team success.

3. Client Relatiopship Management:

  • Establish consultative, advisory relationships with client stakeholders by understanding their needs, providing consistent support, and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and expand the client portfolio.
  • Help support activities on client conversion, proposal pitching and pipeline planning as needed

4. Analysis and Reporting:

  • Manage and guide Delivery Analysts to ensure accurate data collection, timely reporting, and actionable insights that support program performance.
  • Recommend further learning programs to the client based on analysis findings, and advise the internal team on optimizing program delivery to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering & Science, Education, or a related field. (MBA is strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience managing multi-party engagements and projects with medium to large companies/ clients
  • Strategic project management, Program delivery and/or change management experience related to learning & development preferred
  • Comfort with digital courses and topics, as well as background in consultancy, a big plus
  • Excel at designing and articulating complex project plan & implementation model with ability to quickly pivot for iteration in responding to changing business requirements & for better project results
  • Comfort around higher management: ability to effectively and persuasively communicate with VP+ level company leaders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort with dealing with operational issues and addressing needs of students and clients
  • Customer-focused, passionate about learning & organizing training, and comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Comfort with data analysis (via Excel or Google Sheets), report framing and generation, creating presentation
