We are seeking an accomplished and strategic senior leader to drive business transformation, sustainable growth, and governance excellence within a leading ASEAN-based financial services organization that is part of Krungsri Group, a member of MUFG. This overseas-based role will be responsible for overall business performance, organizational leadership, and stakeholder confidence in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term strategic plans to deliver growth, profitability, and competitive advantage
- Provide strong, visionary leadership to senior management and the wider organization
- Oversee full financial performance including revenue, cost management, profitability, and returns
- Ensure robust risk management practices and strong internal control environment
- Drive full regulatory compliance and corporate governance standards
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion
- Champion customer-centric strategy and service excellence
- Lead talent strategy including leadership succession, capability building, and engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including shareholders and regulators
- Oversee corporate reputation, branding, and external communications
- Drive innovation, digital transformation, and technology adoption
- Lead crisis management and ensure business continuity readiness

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is an advantage
- 15–20 years of experience in senior leadership roles within financial services or related industries
- Strong strategic mindset with proven ability to execute in complex environments
- Solid financial acumen and business leadership capability
- Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse organizations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience operating under multi-stakeholder governance structures is preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
