Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Summary of the Position
- Drive end-to-end value stream improvements to reduce lead time and increase productivity.
- Deliver measurable cost savings through Lean initiatives (productivity, scrap, cycle time reduction).
- Lead structured problem-solving using A3, 5 Why, and 8D methodologies.
- Implement and sustain Daily Management System (DMS) and KPI governance.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects with clear milestones and outcomes.
- Support OEE improvement roadmap and loss elimination (TPM pillar deployment).
- Develop and coach teams on Lean principles, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools.
- Identify and replicate best practices across production lines.
- Leverage digital tools and data analytics to drive decision-making and performance tracking.
- Drive Lean culture transformation through change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Execute and feed the Operational excellence apply to shopfloor operation.
- Support the roll-out of best practices (Industry 4.0 initiative) across the plant.
- Audit on a regular basis the shopfloor (5S, TPM, PPM etc.)
- Audit shopfloor KPIs are consistent with plant KPI.
- Fixed non-standard issues and leading solution turn on standardized.
- Facilitate/Contribute on day to day to the continuous improvement action plan.
- Support or lead continuous improvement initiatives (Including Continuous Improvement program).
- Support EHS activities of strengthen safety awareness in all aspects with 100% participated.
- Lean culture and Problem-solving knowledge deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, electrical, mechanical and IE.
Experience:
- +6-8 year experiences in production or process in direct industrial or related field.
- Technical and Functional Skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point).
- Knowledge in ISO9001/ ISO14001/ ISO45001.
- Good management, Communications skills, good relationship and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate both written & spoken in English.
