Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development professional to drive our human capital development initiatives and foster a continuous learning environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Onboarding Programs for new employees.
  • Manage Internal and External Training logistics and vendor relations.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Department of Skill Development regulations.
  • Execute Strategic L&D Projects to support organizational KPIs.
  • Facilitate and oversee Executive-level development curricula.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an L&D function.
  • Strong presentation skills and a track record of delivering effective internal training.
  • Highly organized with a focus on administrative accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for modern pedagogical trends and collaborative teamwork.
