Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Onboarding Programs for new employees.
- Manage Internal and External Training logistics and vendor relations.
- Ensure full compliance with the Department of Skill Development regulations.
- Execute Strategic L&D Projects to support organizational KPIs.
- Facilitate and oversee Executive-level development curricula.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an L&D function.
- Strong presentation skills and a track record of delivering effective internal training.
- Highly organized with a focus on administrative accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for modern pedagogical trends and collaborative teamwork.
