Job Announcement: Senior Lease Negotiator
Salary: 100,000 THB and up (depending on experience), plus end-of-year bonus based on performance

Responsibilities:
- Manage and negotiate lease agreements for telecommunications infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to successfully renew lease agreements
- Evaluate market rent by comparing with other sites and adjust lease terms according to competition
- Use expertise in telecommunications infrastructure to provide valuable advice and guidance
- Understand telecommunications lease contract terms
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with telecom operators and landowners
- Provide consultation and support on telecommunications infrastructure matters
- Lead and supervise a team of negotiators, ensuring high performance and motivation
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Create and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and progress
- Oversee team operations, ensuring that goals and objectives are met efficiently
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in telecommunications infrastructure or as a former MNO employee
- Understanding of the telecom site management process, operations, and various negotiations
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to reach agreements
- Proficient in Thai for effective communication
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well in a team
- Proven experience in team leadership and managing a team
- Strong experience in creating and managing KPIs for team performance
- Sense of fairness and ability to maintain balance during negotiations
- Familiarity with telecommunications lease contract requirements
- Passion for equality and treating all parties fairly
