Leading and manage team to achieve leasing target and goal.
Responsible for the leasing, tenancy negotiations and lease management activities of malls under The Mall Group.
Assist implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the malls.
Recommend trade, tenancy mix and target brands based on the malls concept and positioning.
Liaise with both internal-departments and external parties for lease and tenant related matters.
Lease Administrations: MOU, Letter of Offer (if any), Lease Agreement (if any), Documentation Tracking, Variations, liaison with internal and external related departments/parties.
Obtaining up-to-date marketing intelligence and latest trends of the assigned category.
Responsible for the Beauty/Education category.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline,
10 years of experience in Retail Business or Real Estate as well as Leasing experience in shopping malls
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good in English & Chinese

Service-oriented with a strong work ethic
Well organized with an attention to detail
Proficient in MS-Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
