Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and support to the organization, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, company policies and rules, and mitigating legal risks.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on commercial and corporate matters
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements
  3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  4. Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  5. Support dispute resolution, litigation management, and regulatory matters
  6. Coordinate with external law firms and legal advisors
  7. Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized institution; a master's degree is preferred
  • 8 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably with multinational corporations or law firms.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Thai legal system, corporate law and regulatory compliance.
