Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:30 100% onsite (Flexible hours: 7:30-9:30)

Job Description
- Drafting and managing Sale & Purchase Agreements (SP&A) for hotels, real estate, and land transactions.
- Handling M&A and Joint Venture matters.
- Liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Managing company setup, registration, and corporate dealings.
- Overseeing Intellectual Property (IP), copyright, and patent matters.
- Negotiating, reviewing, drafting, and providing advice on various company documents for example, lease, sale and purchase, services, construction, hotel management, hotel franchise agreements.
- Support investment and business expansion projects to achieve company strategic plan and collaborate with stakeholders, government agencies, and external law firms.
- Handling legal related process for the M&A, hotel management, hotel franchise matters in Thailand and oversea countries.
- Identifying and assessing legal risk and providing advice on legal and regulatory matters.
- Supporting the insurance, litigation, intellectual properties and data protection
- Legal Department Data Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law.
- Lawyer's License and Notarial Services Attorney are required.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in law firm/In-house company.
- Experienced in the M&A project (the offshore or outbound and hotel business are a plus).
- Knowledge of Real Estate Development, Financing are plus.
- Experience in corporate registrations (DBD)Knowledge of laws, especially the corporate, commercial laws, contract, intellectual properties, information technology, data protection.
- Well-rounded professional, adaptable, and able to balance legal, business, and operational perspectives.
- Knowledgeable in PDPA/Data privacy regulations.
- Understanding of international law and cross-border legal frameworks, sufficient to apply and adapt knowledge for expanding markets in new countries.
- Practical understanding of overseas operations and regulatory environments.
- Fluent in English and strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Project Management skill with outbound transactions or projects is a plus.
