Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other business units on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents (e.g., commercial agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, employment agreements).
Ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Manage legal risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee dispute resolution, litigation and external counsel engagements.
Develop and implement internal policies, procedures and compliance programs.
Support corporate transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring activities.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and government agencies when required.
Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Lead and mentor junior legal team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.) with lawyer licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum 7–10 years of legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law and regulatory compliance.
Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Special Considered
Experience in Real Estate business, manufacturing, food and beverages industry.
Familiarity with international business transactions and cross-border regulations.
Completion of Barrister-at-Law qualification (Thai Bar)
