Senior Legal Manager (.)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Represent the company in all types of litigation, including civil, criminal, and administrative cases, as well as enforcement proceedings.
  2. Plan, oversee, and manage complaints, disputes, legal claims, and litigation matters, including submissions to the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB).
  3. Lead, supervise, and manage the performance of the in-house legal and litigation team.
  4. Plan, control, and manage the engagement of external law firms and legal consultants, including litigation handling and legal opinions.
  5. Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all legal documents related to complaints, disputes, and legal cases.
  6. Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities regarding legal disputes and litigation matters.
  7. Provide legal advice and guidance to internal departments on litigation procedures, legal risks, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior management role within the legal field.
  • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
  • Proactive, creative mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in computer and legal-related software applications.
