Senior Legal Manager (.)
Job Responsibilities
- Represent the company in all types of litigation, including civil, criminal, and administrative cases, as well as enforcement proceedings.
- Plan, oversee, and manage complaints, disputes, legal claims, and litigation matters, including submissions to the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB).
- Lead, supervise, and manage the performance of the in-house legal and litigation team.
- Plan, control, and manage the engagement of external law firms and legal consultants, including litigation handling and legal opinions.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all legal documents related to complaints, disputes, and legal cases.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities regarding legal disputes and litigation matters.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal departments on litigation procedures, legal risks, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior management role within the legal field.
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Proactive, creative mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in computer and legal-related software applications.
