Job Description

Key Responsibilities;

  1. Collect insurance sales data from multiple sources, validate data accuracy, and perform data cleansing to ensure data quality and usability.
  2. Analyze insurance-related sales data and generate meaningful insights to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
  3. Prepare analytical reports and presentations, including recommendations for improvement, problem-solving, and business growth opportunities.
  4. Analyze data to support the Insurance Telesales department and customer risk segmentation to increase sales performance and revenue.
  5. Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools to monitor key initiatives and strategic insurance sales projects.
  6. Define and execute the modernization roadmap for the Insurance Telesales department, transitioning from legacy workflows to a tech-forward sales environment.
  7. Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks within the sales journey to improve speed-to-lead and overall sales velocity.
  8. Implement data-driven propensity models to ensure lead routing is optimized, placing the highest-potential customers in front of the right agents at the right time.


Qualifications

  1. ;Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Actuary Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  2. .8 - 10 years of experience in Data Analyst, business performance within the financial industry (insurance or financial sector preferred)
  3. .Proficiency in data programming and querying tools such as SQL, Python or R, SAS, or Java, with the ability to write scripts for data extraction and analysis
  4. .Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with solid data visualization skills to clearly present insights to senior management
  5. .Good understanding of statistics, data trends, pattern analysis, and predictive modeling, with the ability to perform in-depth data analysis
  6. .Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Hands-on experience using Advanced Analytics or BI tools to extract actionable behavioral insights
  7. .Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language for sales scripts and training programs that users can easily understand and apply
  8. .Strong leadership and presentation skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
