Lead the AI Governance function within the AI CoE, responsible for designing and operating the Bank's AI governance architecture, control framework, and governance platforms. Ensure AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions are deployed safely, responsibly, and in compliance with regulatory and risk requirements while enabling adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities
AI Governance & Control Framework
- Own and evolve the Bank's AI Governance Framework, including AI risk classification, control requirements, approval workflows, and Responsible AI standards.
- Define governance requirements across the AI lifecycle covering registration, review, deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
- Establish controls for explainability, human oversight, model validation, data governance, privacy, security, and third-party AI usage.
AI Risk & Lifecycle Governance
- Lead governance activities across the AI lifecycle, including AI inventory, risk assessment, solution review, deployment approval, and ongoing oversight.
- Define and maintain AI risk management standards covering model, agent, data, operational, and regulatory risks.
- Provide governance oversight and challenge for high-impact AI initiatives, ensuring production readiness and compliance with governance requirements.
Agent Governance & Governance Platforms
- Own and operate the Bank's AI Registry, AI Inventory, and enterprise agent governance platforms.
- Define governance standards for AI agents covering ownership, permissions, tool access, monitoring, lifecycle management, and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop governance tooling and automation capabilities, including assessment workflows, control libraries, evidence repositories, and governance dashboards.
Stakeholder Management & Governance Enablement
- Partner with Architecture, Data, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business teams to embed governance controls into AI solutions.
- Translate emerging AI regulations, industry standards, and technology developments into practical governance requirements and controls.
- Drive adoption of governance-by-design practices to enable safe and scalable AI deployment across the Bank.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology, data, governance, risk, security, or digital transformation roles.
- Experience designing or operating governance frameworks for AI, machine learning, analytics, or emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI lifecycle management, model risk, data governance, information security, and AI regulations.
- Familiarity with GenAI, AI Agents, Responsible AI, model monitoring, and agent governance.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
