Lead the Strategy Pillar within the AI CoE, responsible for shaping the bank's AI portfolio, prioritizing investments, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business value. The role bridges business strategy, AI technology, and value realization, helping the Bank move from experimentation to scaled AI adoption and workflow transformation.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Define strategic AI themes aligned with the Bank's priorities.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities across Business Units.
- Maintain the enterprise AI portfolio and prioritization framework.
- Recommend appropriate delivery paths and investment decisions.
Value Realization & Agentic AI Economics
- Develop business cases, value hypotheses, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Track business outcomes including productivity, revenue, customer experience, risk reduction, and efficiency.
- Evaluate where AI agents and agentic workflows create sustainable value.
- Monitor AI economics, including implementation costs, operating costs, human oversight effort, and realized business benefits.
- Establish executive dashboards and portfolio reporting.
Use Case Discovery & Transformation
- Convert business pain points into AI use cases and transformation opportunities.
- Identify workflow redesign opportunities enabled by AI and automation.
- Partner with Business Units to build AI-enabled transformation roadmaps.
Market Intelligence & Benchmarking
- Monitor AI, GenAI, and agentic AI trends.
- Benchmark industry practices and identify emerging opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management and AI Council.

Preferred Experience
- 8+ years in strategy, transformation, consulting, analytics, AI, or innovation roles.
- Experience developing business cases and measuring value realization.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI, GenAI, AI Agents, and banking operations.
