Purpose of the Role
This role supports the Technical Services function, focusing on luxury design and detailing for Six Senses properties across APAC. It ensures high-quality renovations and new developments that reflect brand standards and local market relevance, from deal signing through to property opening.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Coordination
- Lead luxury design and detailing for assigned projects, ensuring brand standards are met.
- Manage systems for tracking, reporting, and archiving project design and execution.
- Coordinate across internal teams (Operations, HR, Pre-Opening, etc.) to align design and functional requirements.
Design Oversight
- Review design submissions across all project stages (Concept to Construction).
- Consolidate internal feedback and communicate with project teams.
- Prepare key project documents including area programs, pitch decks, and kickoff presentations.
Development Support
- Assist Development teams in securing new hotel pipeline (new builds and conversions).
- Support brand standards updates and internal Technical Services initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Experience
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality design and project coordination
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills
- Multinational and multicultural adaptability
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel as required
