Job Description

Lead global IT operations for a remote, multi-time-zone organization, ensuring service excellence through KPIs, SLAs, and automation
Manage endpoint and asset lifecycle, including MDM, zero-touch deployment, and compliance across US and Thailand
Oversee identity and access management (Google Workspace), user lifecycle, and access controls
Partner with Security and Engineering on endpoint security, compliance (SOC 2), and risk management
Optimize IT automation, SaaS governance, licensing, and vendor management
Build and lead a high-performing global IT team across regions
Manage IT budget, vendors, and align IT strategy with business goals
