Club Miracle is Asia&aposs leading short-term vacation specialist, headquartered in Hong Kong with several branches in Phuket. Our expanding business focuses on high-end tourists, leveraging our professional approach and proprietary tools for villa management.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager located in Phuket. The Senior Manager will manage the team, and ensure adherence to quality service standards and protocols in view of increasing guest satisfaction. The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing and executing strategic improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include optimizing the use of the Miracle Manager SaaS platform, a Property Management System (PMS) developed in-house.

• Experience in strategic planning and creative thinking translated into successes
• Performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and property management
• Proficiency with management tools and software, preferably in property management
• Ability to work on-site in Phuket
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Open to any nationality. Work permit will be provided if required.
