Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits, you will oversee and manage the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs. You will ensure that our compensation strategies are aligned with the organization's goals, competitive in the marketplace, and compliant with applicable laws. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of compensation trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Compensation Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement compensation programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Manage entire annual compensation review processes from the preparation to submission of recommendations to senior management and the region.

Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks.
  • Evaluate benefits offerings for competitiveness and compliance.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to manage benefit programs effectively.
  • Manage all employee communication on the benefit programs.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and employee engagement.
  • Stay updated with legislation affecting compensation and benefits.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Work closely with HR operations team to ensure the compensation information is accurate and up to date in MyHR.
  • Utilize HR analytics tools to assess effectiveness and equity of compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Implement training programs for HR team members on compensation and benefits policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Navigate complex matrix organization.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to attract and retain key talents.
  • Partner with finance to support budgeting and forecasting related to compensation costs.
  • Work closely with regional team to align with global / regional compensation and benefit strategies and key priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong emphasis on people operations.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation tools and software.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
