Lead team in developing competitive total rewards strategies, policies and reward programs including compensation & benefits, retirement benefits, executive compensations, provident fund that are cost-effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives. which aligned and supported to CPF's vision, mission, and goals.
Lead & collaborate CPF management committee and HR business partner on the implementation of total reward system programs to motivate, attract and retain of high performers and talents.
Performed as a Performance management specialist and consultant to provide the guidance and recommendations for CPF management and HR business partner of all business units in Thailand to ensure that the corporate mission and goals have been cascaded throughout the business unit and individuals level by target setting method.
In charge of Job evaluation program by reviewing all jobs (Both existing and new positions) in CPF and classifying by using most widely.
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum 7 years experience in HR with focus in C&B with at least 3 years supervisory experience with multinational companies
Advanced proficiency level in MS Office especially MS Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
Skillful at facilitating the open exchange of ideas and knowledge sharing, creating a culture of open, honest communication
Fluent written and conversation skills in English
Strong analytical mind and attention to details
Strong team player who is able to work in collaboration with teammates
Self-motivated and disciplined
Results oriented; proven ability to follow through while handling multiple competing priorities
